I'm the creator of Modern Day Gladiator.

I built a multi-6-figure fitness business, and helped hundreds of people transform their bodies and minds.
But then life hit me hard.
Because of COVID, I lost my business, and my purpose. I poured everything into starting over. The weight of providing for my family and the uncertainty of starting over took a toll and in the process I let my body and mind slip. I gained 25lbs, felt weak, stressed, and disconnected from the man I used to be.
The pic below is me now. I'm not exactly where I want to be, but I'm on my way. I've done it before and I've helped hundreds of clients transform over the years.
